  • ʿĪsá (ʿalayhi al-salām) was the Prophet sent before the Prophet Muḥammad (ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam)
  • It is known that Allāh has the capability to do all things
  • Ādam (ʿalayhi al-Salām) was created without a mother or a father, and it is even easier to bring ʿĪsá  into existence without a father
  • Allāh will return ʿĪsá physically to this world as occurs in the Qurʾān,

وَإِنَّهُ لَعِلْمٌ لِّلسَّاعَةِ

And he [ʿĪsá] shall be a known sign for (the coming of) the Hour (Day of Resurrection) [ʿĪsás descent on the earth]

[Sūrah al-Zukhruf: 61]

  • People divide into 3 categories with the belief of ʿĪsá (ʿalayhi al-Salām)

1. Those who believe he is the son of Allāh the Exalted

2. Those who say ʿĪsá was born from a father, they reject the power of Allāh and say Maryam was a fornicator

3. Those who do not doubt and believe in everything mentioned in the Book of Allāh and the Sunnah

  • ʿĪsá will descend from the heavens
  • ʿĪsá was given the Injīl
  • Abū Hurayrah (raḍī Allāhu ʿʿʿanhu) stated that the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) stated, "By the one in whose hand my soul is in, surely Jesus the Son of Mary will soon descend amongst you and judge between mankind justly. He will break the cross, kill the pig, and there will be no Jizyah (that which the non-muslims pay to the muslims to stay upon their land [there will be no Jizyah because there will be only believers]), there will be money in abundance that no one will accept it, and at that time a single sajdah to Allāh will be better than the whole word and that which is in it."
  • When ʿĪsá descends he will judge by the Qurʾān and not by the Injīl
  • ʿĪsá will not come as a prophet but as a follower of Muḥammad (ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam)
  • ʿĪsá (ʿalayhi al-Salām) will be the last companion of Muḥammad (ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam)
  • A companion is one who saw the Messenger (ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) in his lifetime, believed in him and died upon this belief
  • It is a known fact that ʿĪsá seen the Messenger on the night of ascension
  • There are Christians who say the likes of the Muslims that the Messiah will come back near the end times, however, the one they are awaiting is ad-Dajjāl
  • These are not stories of old, but rather it is Revelation of Allāh
  • Don't be fooled by the Modernists when they try to explain it (ad-Dajjāl) in other than its true meaning
