Benefit: Good Manners are Attained by Following and Understanding Salafiyyah
In the Name of Allāh, the Ever Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy
The importance of good manners, morals and behaviour are very much emphasised in the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam), however what does it mean to have "good manners" in the Islamic sense? Is it to be kind to people, to have good business dealings alone or does it have a comprehensive meaning that is deeply rooted in ʿAqīdah and the implementation of tawḥīd. What about the claim that the Salafīs are the poorest of the people in their manners and behaviour? In the following tawḥīd class, our brother, Abū al-ʿAbbās Mūsá Richardson, touches on this topic briefly. For detailed study, we recommend Upright Moral Character by Shaykh Muḥammad Ibn Ṣāliḥ al-ʿUthaymīn.
