Benefit: Following the Guidance - Shaykh ʿAbdullāh al-Bukhārī

Written by Yūsuf Yūsuf on . Posted in Brief Benefits

In the Name of Allāh, the Ever Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy

In his famous poem, al-Ḥāʾiyyah, the great scholar ibn Abī Dāwūd (d. AH 316) began with the following: Hold tight to the rope of Allāh and to the guidance. In this benefit, Shakyh ʿAbdullāh al-Bukhārī, hafiẓahullāh, of Madīnah explains these opening lines by explaining a verse from the Book of Allāh. Our Shaykh touches on very important points of ʿaqīdah and manhaj. Listen to this short clip and take heed; may Allāh guide you to His Straight Path. May Allāh reward our brothers from Salafī Publications for translating this lecture at the Five Pillars Dawrah Series. For more on the al-Ḥāʾiyyah poem, check out the al-Ḥāʾiyyah Poem class audio from our brother Abū al-ʿAbbās Mūsá Richardson. Also, be sure to listen to the other lectures by our scholars from the Five Pillars Dawrah Series.
