Benefit: The Value of One Book

In the Name of Allāh, the Ever Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy

Shaykh Muqbil ibn Hādī al-Wādiʿī (رحمه الله) said: “I advise the student of knowledge to keenly acquire books, even if he has to sell his car or his imāmah [i.e. his turban] to purchase a book [because] one book is equivalent to this world!”
