An introductory lecture to the seminar entitled, Indeed this Knowledge is Dīn So Look to Who You Take Your Religion From which took place in April 2014. The speaker introduces the theme by mentioning the first two ḥadīth mentioned by al-Nawawī and the significance of them for the student of knowledge, setting out upon a path of guidance. Later, the seminar theme (the statement of Ibn Sīrīn) is discussed.
This lecture is an introductory reminder and advice given by the Scholar of al-Madīnah to some of the students at the Islamic University. Afterwards, the shaykh answers some basic questions.
Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Taymīyyah (d. AH 728) recounts the deeds of those who shall enter Paradise and the deeds of those who shall enter the Fire.

A brilliant reminder from our noble brother, Abū Muḥammad al-Maghribī, based upon the works of the respected Shaykh, Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān regarding the virtues and lofty status of the Scholars of al-Islām, and the importance of sticking to their advice due to their foresight and wisdom. A most beneficial reminder for the Muslims to take heed of especially in this day and age, where the knowledgable Scholars are reviled and rejected, and the foolish youth proclaim knowledge whilst the ignorant follow like cattle to the slaughter.
Know – O listener – that whosoever takes a path seeking knowledge, then Allāh makes easy for him the path leading to Paradise.
