Is it Permissible for a Brother to Marry a Righteous Muslim Sister Despite His Father's Disapproval?

One of the eldest and wisest of the ʿUlamāʾ, al-'Allāmah Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Wahhāb al-Banná (raḥimahullāh) begins by delivering a short and concise admonition on manhaj and the science of jarḥ wa-al-taʿdīl (Counterbalancing good and bad points in critique). Shaykh Muḥammad Ibn ʿAbd al-Wahhāb speaks about the mouthpiece of innovation in this past decade, Sayyid Qutb, before fielding questions regarding Muḥammad al-Jibālī.
Shaykh Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Wahhāb al-Banná́ gives some beautiful naṣīhah to the Muslims regarding the importance of returning back to the true reliigion of Allāh in order for the affairs of the Muslims to be rectified; a great reminder especially in light of current affairs and the propagation of takfīrī groups such as ISIS.
