Questions Concerning Actions and Their Relation to Īmān
The Faqīh of the era establishes the irrefutable evidence against the biased partisans and bloodthirsty Takfīrīs in their relentless bid to perform unrestricted takfīr upon the rulers of the Muslim countries through the tricks of āhād al-ʿamal, nūʿ al-ʿamal, jins al-ʿamal, sharḥ al-siḥḥah, sharṭ al-kamāl etc. This session also includes a clarification of the creed of Ahl al-Sunnah concerning abandonment of the Prayer, and there are many benefits on issues of creed and manhaj contained in the additional notes.
Indeed, al-Albānī was a Scholar, muḥaddith and faqīḥ, even though he was stronger in Ḥadīth than fiqh. And I do not know of any of his speech ever indicating irjāʾ.
