"The conclusion of a contract betwen a man and a woman, with each of the two desiring to enjoy and take pleasure in one another, to establish a righteous family and a safe and sound society."

The Wisdom of Marriage includes:

  • Preservation and protection of both mates
  • Protection of the society from evil and the degredation of [good] character
  • The fulfilment of pleasure of one mate with the other concerning what is mandated of rights and sexual intercourse
  • Perfection of relaitons between familes and tribes
